- Tiffany has been a valued member of our staff since March, 2011 and is responsible for handling the incoming phone calls, mail, along with filing and scheduling appointments. Always courteous, Tiffany will readily answer any factual questions you may have and is available Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition to the above, Tiffany is bi-lingual and thus able to assist our Spanish speaking clients in their native language when needed.
